摘要
沥青是一种典型的粘弹性材料,其流变性质与沥青路面的高温性能密切相关。加入聚合物改性剂会改变沥青的流变性能,通过流变指标可评价聚合物改性剂对沥青高温性能的影响,进而探究其改性机理。本文概述了聚合物改性沥青的分类,分析不同种类聚合物改性沥青基于动态剪切流变试验、多重应力蠕变恢复试验以及零剪切黏度试验的流变指标的变化情况,总结了评价方法对不同种类聚合物改性沥青的适用性及不同流变指标之间的差异,最后对流变指标应用于聚合物改性沥青性能评价的前景进行了展望。
Asphalt is a typical viscoelastic material,and the rheological properties of asphalt are closely related to the high temperature performance of asphalt pavement.The rheological properties of asphalt will be changed by adding polymer modifiers,and the rheological index is used to evaluate the performance of polymer modified asphalt,and to further explore its modification mechanism.This paper summarizes the classification of polymer⁃modified asphalt,and analyzes the rheological indicators of different types of polymer⁃modified asphalt based on dynamic shear rheological test,multiple stress creep and recovery test,and zero shear viscosity test.The impact of evaluation methods on the applicability of different types of polymer⁃modified asphalt and the differences between different rheological indexes are discussed.Finally,the prospect of applying rheological indexes to the performance evaluation of polymer⁃modified asphalt is prospected.
