摘要
光伏发电具有间歇性、波动性和预测难的特性,因此需要与其他能源进行互补。常用的方法是利用水电机组的快速响应和储能电池灵活高效的补偿来构建水光储微电网系统。然而,这一系统具有强烈的非线性特性,其稳定性的一个关键问题是频率控制。针对这一问题,设计了基于多目标H_(∞)理论的混合H_(2)/H_(∞)鲁棒控制器,主要目标是在暂态下抑制频率振荡。在控制器中嵌入海鸥算法,对海鸥算法进行混沌初始化和参数改进得到一种改进海鸥算法(improved seagull optimization algorithm,ISOA)。利用ISOA对H_(2)/H_(∞)鲁棒控制的加权矩阵系数和范数权重进行参数优化,最终获得最优混合ISOA-H_(2)/H_(∞)鲁棒控制器。仿真结果表明,所设计的ISOA-H_(2)/H_(∞)鲁棒控制器在功率扰动和系统参数摄动下能保证水光储系统的频率稳定,并具有满意的动态特性。
Photovoltaic power generation is intermittent,volatile and difficult to predict,so it needs to be complemented with other energy sources.A common approach is to build water-light storage microgrid systems using the fast response of hydro units and the flexible and efficient compensation of energy storage batteries.However,such systems have strongly non-linear characteristics and a key issue for their stability is frequency control.To address this problem,this paper designs a hybrid H_(2)/H_(∞) robust controller based on multi-objective H∞theory,with the main objective of suppressing frequency oscillations in transient states.The improved seagull algorithm(ISOA)obtained by chaotic initialization and parameter improvement of the algorithm is embedded in the controller.ISOA is used to optimize the weighted matrix coefficients and norm weights of H_(2)/H_(∞) robust control,and finally the optimal hybrid 2ISOA-H_(2)/H_(∞) robust controller is obtained.The simulation results show that the designed 2ISOA-H_(2)/H_(∞) robust controller can ensure the frequency stability of the system under power disturbance and parameter perturbation,and has satisfactory dynamic characteristics.
