摘要
氟磺酸钾是三氟甲磺酸锂生产过程中产生的副产物,实现氟磺酸钾的综合利用、变废为宝具有重要市场价值。本文以企业副产物氟磺酸钾为原料,采用简捷的溶剂反应法制备硫酸钾与氟化钾,实现了氟磺酸钾高效资源化利用。采用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对固液分离装置以及反应器装置进行工艺模拟设计,优化反应工艺条件,开发了一套氟磺酸钾综合利用的新工艺技术。
Potassium fluorosulfonate is a by-product produced in the production of lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate.It has important market value to realize the comprehensive utilization of potassium fluorosulfonate and turn waste into treasure.In this paper,potassium sulfate and potassium fluoride were prepared by simple solvent reaction method using potassium fluorosulfonate,a by-product of the enterprise,as raw materials,and the efficient resource utilization of potassium fluorosulfonate was realized.The process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to simulate the solid-liquid separation device and reactor device,optimize the reaction process conditions,and develop a new process technology for the comprehensive utilization of potassium fluorosulfonate.
