适应新能源并网的新一代变电站自主可控二次系统研究与应用

摘要 二次系统作为变电站的重要组成部分,其重要性日益凸显。针对现有二次设备存在核心软件依赖进口、存在潜在的信息安全风险等问题,指出研究并应用安全自主可控的新一代二次系统十分必要。从站控层、间隔层、辅助设备智能监控系统等方面分析了新一代变电站自主可控二次系统的架构和信息流,并与现有变电站二次系统进行了比对分析,总结归纳出新一代变电站较常规变电站的优势,为进一步提高变电站建设质效提供了实操性强的理论依据。 As an important part of substation,secondary system is becoming more and more important.As the core software of the existing secondary equipment depends on imports and has potential information security risks and other problems,it is necessary to study and apply a new generation of a secure,autonomous and controllable secondary system.The structure and information flow of the new generation of substation autonomous controllable secondary system are analyzed from the aspects of station control layer,interval layer and intelligent monitoring system of auxiliary equipment etc.,and compared with the existing substation secondary system,the advantages of the new generation substations over the conventional substations are summarized,which provides a practical theoretical basis for further improving the quality and efficiency of substation construction.
