摘要
某电厂自投运以来,一直存在空冷岛凝结水下降管振动的问题,严重影响了机组的安全运行。分析了凝结水下降管振动的原因,提出了通过增加空冷岛温度场,减少由温差引起的管道膨胀不均匀,从而降低凝结水下降管的振动;通过增加辅助抽真空泵,抽出更多的不凝结气体,增强换热效果,减少因凝结水汇流管膨胀不均匀而引发下降管振动的现象;通过增加新型导流装置降低下降管中凝结水的流速,防止下降管振动等改造措施。结果表明,改造措施能很好地控制凝结水下降管振动。
Since a power plant is put into operation,there has always been a vibration of condensate downcomer of air-cooling island,which seriously affects the safe operation of the unit.In this paper,the causes of vibration of condensate downcomer are analyzed,and some reconstruction measures are proposed,such as,the vibration of the condensate downcomer can be reduced by increasing the temperature field of the air-cooling island and reducing the uneven expansion of the pipe caused by the temperature difference;the downcomer vibration caused by uneven expansion of condensate manifold can be reduced by adding auxiliary vacuum pump and extracting more non-condensing gas to enhance the heat transfer effect;the downcomer vibration can be prevented by adding a new type of diversion device to reduce the flow rate of condensate in the downcomer and so on.The results show that these reconstruction measures can control the vibration of condensate downcomer well.
