By using the methods of literature review,interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the goal and dilemma of the transformation of the regulation mode of youth sports training market under the background of national governance modernization,and put forward the transformation path.The transformation goal is to legalize the business environment,standardize the training market,ensure the safety of consumer scenarios,and maximize regulatory efficiency.Difficulty:The transmission of regulatory rules is relatively weak,the expression of regulatory standards is not clear,the coordination of regulatory actions is imperfect,and the combination of regulatory tools is relatively simple.Transformation path:We should strengthen policy implementation,refine regulatory content,encourage diversified collaboration,and innovate regulatory tools.
