摘要
建构高校科学数据开放共享成熟度模型对全面评价和推进我国高校科学数据开放共享实践具有重要意义。文章以开放数据成熟度模型的标准和相关理论研究为基础,依据成熟度模型和我国高校科学数据开放共享实践,构建包括能力维度、活动维度与等级维度的我国高校科学数据开放共享成熟度模型架构,并以活动维度为切入点,结合能力和等级两个维度,设计我国高校科学数据开放共享成熟度模型评价标准,为我国高校科学数据开放共享评价提供理论性分析框架。
It is of great significance to construct a maturity model for the open sharing of scientific data in Chinese colleges and universities.Based on current evaluation standards for and related theoretical researches on open data maturity models,and according to the open sharing practice of scientific data in Chinese colleges and universities,this paper constructs a maturity model for the open sharing of scientific data in Chinese colleges and universities,in which there are a set of dimensions like the capability dimension,the activity dimension and the level dimension.Then,taking the activity dimension as the starting point and combining the capability dimension and the level dimension together,it designs some evaluation standards,aiming to provide a theoretical analysis framework for evaluating the open sharing of scientific data in Chinese colleges and universities,though it needs to be further validated and improved through empirical researches in the future.
