摘要
智能语音中的人机交互正成为人工智能行为分析中的前沿问题。文章在拟人化视角下对智能语音交互影响因素进行分析,让智能语音开发者更好地了解智能语音用户使用的行为特征,推动智能语音技术的产业发展和场景应用。文章基于拟人化视角构建智能语音交互用户使用影响因素模型,采用问卷调查法收集数据,运用结构方程法进行模型检验,并运用模糊集定性比较分析fsQCA进行使用行为的组态分析。数据分析结果表明:价值效果期望、使用成本期望、社群环境影响、交互便利条件、智能语音拟人化对智能语音交互用户使用意愿具有显著影响,使用成本期望起负向影响,上述5个变量通过中介变量智能语音交互用户使用意愿影响智能语音交互用户使用行为。文章划分两类组态进行组合分析,综合分析影响用户使用行为的因素作用路径。
Human-machine interaction based on intelligent voice is a frontier question raised in the field of artificial intelligence behavior analysis.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of intelligent voice interaction from the anthropomorphic perspective,so that intelligent voice developers can better understand the behavioral characteristics of intelligent voice interaction users,and promote the industrial development and scenario application of intelligent voice technology.From the anthropomorphic viewpoint,this paper develops an influencing factor model for the use of intelligent voice interaction,collects data through questionnaires,and has the model tested by means of structural equation method.It performs a configuration analysis on users’behavior,using Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method(fsQCA).The study indicates that value-expectation,cost-expectation,social influence,facilitation of interaction and intelligent voice personification have a significant impact on the usage intention of intelligent voice interaction users,while cost-expectation has a negative impact.The above five variables affect the use of intelligent voice interaction through the intermediary variable of usage intention of intelligent voice interaction users;a conjoint analysis is conducted on two types of configurations,and the factors and paths that affect user’s behavior are comprehensively analyzed.
