白芍总苷胶囊对口腔扁平苔藓患者临床症状及炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of total glucosides of Paeony on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in oral lichen planus patient

目的观察白芍总苷胶囊对口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者临床症状及炎症因子水平的影响。方法依据随机数字表法将2022年3月至2023年5月期间于医院治疗的OLP患者80例分为2组,各40例。对照组给予曲安奈德注射液治疗,在此基础上,观察组口服白芍总苷胶囊,两组连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、疼痛、炎症因子水平及不良反应情况。结果与对照组治疗总有效率比较,观察组高(P<0.05);两组治疗后REU、VAS评分均降低,且观察组改善更佳(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-17水平降低,IL-10升高,且观察组改善更佳(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论白芍总苷胶囊治疗OLP效果较佳,可调低患者炎症因子水平,改善患者口腔症状,缓解口腔疼痛感,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effects of total glucosides of Paeony capsules on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in oral lichen planus(OLP)patients.Methods 80 OLP pa-tients treated in hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were divided into 2 groups with 40 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with triamcinolo-ne acetonide injection,and the observation group was treated with total paeony glycoside capsules orally for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,pain,levels of inflammatory fac-tors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).REU and VAS scores of both groups were decreased after treatment,and the improvement of observation group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-17 were de-creased,and IL-10 was increased,and the improvement was better in the observation group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment.Conclu-sion Total glucoside of Paeony has a good effect on OLP,which can reduce the level of inflam-matory factors,improve oral symptoms,relieve oral pain,and has a high safety.
