摘要
糖尿病(diabetesmellitus,DM)血管并发症是DM的主要并发症之一,涉及多种病因,其中,动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是DM血管并发症的病理基础。本文基于AS讨论DM血管并发症的可能分子机制、我们总结了DM病理过程中影响AS形成的主要方面及其与慢性炎症的关系、同时讨论AS和DM相关的病理生理学特征,如氧化应激、蛋白激酶信号改变以及某些miR-NA和表观遗传修饰的作用。
Vascular complications of diabetes mellitus are one of the main complications of diabetes,involving a variety of causes,among which atherosclerosis is the pathological basis of vascular complications of diabetes.In this paper,we discuss possible molecular mechanisms of vascular complications in diabetes based on atherosclerosis.We summarize the main aspects of diabetic pathology that influence the formation of atherosclerosis and its relationship with chronic inflammation.Pathophysiological features associated with atherosclerosis and diabetes,such as oxidative stress,altered protein kinase signaling,and the role of certain miRNA and epigenetic modifications,are also discussed.
