处方前置审核系统对围手术期非甾体抗炎药管理效果评价

Assessment of the effectiveness of a Prescribing Pre-review System for the Management of Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs during the Perioperative Period

目的通过精细化设置围手术期非甾体抗炎药的规则,保障患者安全用药。方法利用处方前置审核系统,精细化维护非甾体抗炎药的剂量范围、重复用药、禁忌症、儿童用药等模块的规则。通过分析围手术期非甾体抗炎药的医嘱合理率,评价精细化用药规则的实施效果。结果围手术期非甾体抗炎药的医嘱不合理率由干预前(2023年3—5月)的11.75%下降至干预后(2023年6—8月)的5.22%(P<0.001),不合理问题数由干预前的12.74%下降至干预后的4.66%(P<0.001),不良反应发生率由干预前的1.22%降至干预后的0.35%(P<0.05)。结论通过非甾体抗炎药规则的精细化设置,规范了围手术期非甾体抗炎药的管理,提升了医嘱质量,保障了患者安全用药。

Objective To ensure the safe use of medication for patients by fine-tuning the rules of perioperative nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs).Methods Utilize a prescription pre-review system to fine-tune the maintenance of modules such as the dosage range,repeated use,contraindications,and pediatric medication modules.Evaluate the implementation effect of refined medication rules by analyzing the rationality of medical orders for NSAIDs during the perioperative period.Results The rate of NSAIDs used irrationally decreased from 11.75%before the intervention(March-May 2023)to 5.22%after the intervention(P<0.001),and the number of unreasonable questions decreased from 12.74%before the intervention to 4.66%after the intervention(P<0.001),and the incidence of adverse reactions decreased from 1.22%before intervention to 0.35%after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The refinement of the rules for NSAIDs has standardized the management of NSAIDs during the perioperative period,improved the quality of medical advice and ensured patient safety in medication.
