基于生成对抗网络的车载网络入侵检测系统

摘要 随着科技的进步,大部分汽车配备了智能设备,以此来支持汽车自动驾驶和联网服务,但伴随而来的是联网设备受到攻击的数量也大幅上升。由于当前车辆中的智能设备在安全防护方面缺少加密和认证程序,因此入侵检测系统成为保护车辆不受网络攻击的重要手段。文章提出一种利用生成对抗网络(Generative Adversarial Networks,GAN)技术手段,为车载网提供了一套基于树莓派的入侵检测系统方案,有效地保护车载网络安全运行。 With the advancement of technology,most cars are equipped with intelligent devices to support autonomous driving and networking services.Meanwhile,the number of attacks on connected devices has risen dramatically.Due to the lack of encryption and authentication procedures in the current smart devices within vehicles,intrusion detection systems are crucial for protecting vehicles from network attacks.This article proposes a scheme for an intrusion detection system based on Raspberry Pi,utilizing Generative Adversarial Networks(GAN)technology to effectively protect the safe operation of in-vehicle networks.
