摘要
为解决精炼炉成渣速度慢等问题,开发了液态精炼渣返回工艺。该工艺的实践证明,精炼埋弧效果优于以往加入固体渣料,成渣速度快、白渣保持时间长。钢渣中(FeO+MnO)含量由0.66%降低为0.42%,且降低电耗9.5 kW·h/t、降低钢铁料消耗降低3.5 kg/t。在降低了生产成本的同时炉机匹配更趋于合理,为铸机提产奠定了基础。
To improve the lower forming speed of slag in refining furnaces,a liquid refining slag recycling process has been developed.The practice has proven that,it makes better effect on submerging arc process,compared with precious solid materials for refining,and it also keeps long white slag retention time.The content of Fe0+MnO in slag was reduced from 0.66%to 0.42%,and the power consumption was reduced by 9.5 kW·h/t,while the steel material consumption was reduced by 3.5 kg/t.It could reduce the production costs,and make the converter-casting more reasonable,lay the foundation for improving the production of the casting machine.
