摘要
根据热力学计算转炉并建立碳氧溶度积的模型,利用该模型计算的脱氧剂加入量和实际加入量的平均相对误差在1.24%。计算了转炉冶炼GCr15铝脱氧的最佳含量为0.2536%,相对应的最小氧含量为1.58×10^(-6)。建立了GCr15在1500℃时的[Al]、[O]反应平衡的计算模型,通过该模型的计算发现,同样铝含量的情况下1600℃和1500℃时,GCr15钢水中的氧含量有较大差别,为了能更好控制轴承钢中的氧含量,要尽量降低生产过程的最高温度。为了使GCr15的氧含量、夹杂物及细化晶粒同时能取得比较满意的结果,熔炼成分的铝含量建议控制在0.012%~0.018%。
Based on the thermodynamic calculating,a model of[C][O]at the converter finishing point is established.According to the calculating model,the average relative error compare with the practical results is 1.24%.By the calculating,the optimum of the aluminium content in GCr15 at the finishing point of the converter is 0.2536%,and the corresponding of the oxygen content is 1.58 Ppm.Alsothe[Al]and[O]reaction balance model at 1500 C is established.The calculating results is that there is a large difference between the oxygen content at 1500℃and 1600℃.To bettercontrol the[0]in the GCr15 bearingsteel,to reducethe highest temperature during the production process is necessary.In order to obtain a good results of the oxygen content and the grain refining in GCr15 bearing steel,it is better to control the content of the[Al]between 0.012%and 0.018%.
