摘要
电解生产中传统的打壳系统已不能满足当下的节能降耗的需求,智能打壳系统应运而生。对智能打壳系统的结构、节能原理,组成和各组件技术要求做了详细介绍,并通过与传统打壳系统的用气量进行对比发现,智能打壳系统在节气率达到50%以上。以山东某48万t产能的电解厂为例计算,全年可节省电费约700万元,为企业节省大量成本,增强了核心竞争力。
The traditional shell breaking system in electrolytic production can no longer meet the current needs of energy saving and consumption reduction,so the intelligent shell breaking system came into being.This paper introduces the structure of the intelligent shell breaking system,energy saving principle,composition and component technical requirements in detail,through the gas consumption comparison with the traditional shell breaking system,it is found that the gas saving rate is more than 50%in the intelligent shell breaking system.Taking one electrolysis plant with a production capacity of 480,000 tons in Shandong as an example,whichcan save about 7 million yuan inelectricity bills throughout the year,savinglots of cost and enhancing core competitiveness for enterprises.
