摘要
探讨如何利用好省内低硫、低变质、高挥发的气煤和1/3焦煤炼焦煤资源,充分利用煤岩相分析、工业分析以及40kg小焦炉试验等分析手段,优化配煤方案,增加强黏结性、高硫炼焦煤的配用,以达到稳定焦炭热强度、控制焦炭硫分和降低炼焦配煤成本的目的。
This paper mainly discusses how to make good use of low-sulfur,low-metamorphic and high-volatile gas coal and 1/3 coking coal resources in the province,make full use of coal lithofacies analysis,industrial analysis and 40 kg small coke oven test and other analytical methods to optimize the coal blending scheme and increase the use of strong bonding and high-sulfur coking coal.In orderto stabilizethe coke heat intensity,control thesulfur content of coke and reduce the cost of coking coalblending.
