应用碳化硅膜处理废旧乳化液的试验研究

摘要 乳化液在轧钢工序循环利用一段时间后,功能变差,需进行排除处理。废旧的乳化液经过破乳预处理后,油脂上浮,对油脂进行收集,然后集中处理。收集后的油脂含水率高,处理成本高。研究通过憎油亲水特性的碳化硅膜,对废旧乳化液进行浓缩处理,收集的乳化油水分降低,处理量减少,处理成本降低。 After circulating for a period of time in the rolling process,the function of the emulsion becomes worse,so it is excluded.After the waste emulsion is demulsified and pretreated,the grease rises,the grease is collected and then treated centrally.The moisture content of the collected grease is high and the disposal cost is high.In this study,the waste emulsion was concentrated by using silicon carbide film with oleophobic and hydrophilic characteristics.The collected emulsion water was reduced,the processing capacity and the processing cost was reduced.
