摘要
近年来,随着低压分布式电源逐步成为新型电力系统的重要组成部分,其出力随机性、间歇性和波动性等特征给电力系统运行和控制带来的不利影响日益突出。国网大同供电公司基于大数据分析方法,在区域内建设数字化、智能化的分布式电源智能管理系统,实现了含分布式电源配电网的可靠经济运行,规范并规划分布式电源接入,加强分布式电源主动支撑能力,完成7000余户分布式光伏模型与数据接入,利用拓扑分析、可视化技术与人工智能算法实现分布式光伏的全景监视与高准确度预测,达到了分布式光伏“可观可测”目标。
In recent years,as low-voltage distributed power supply has gradually become an important part of the new power system,its characteristics of random,intermittent and fluctuating power supply have brought adverse effects to the operation and control of the power system.Based on the big data analysis method,State Grid Datong Power Supply Company has built a digital and intelligent distributed power supply intelligent management system in the region.It realizes the reliable and economic operation of distribution network containing distributed power supply,standardizes and plans the access of distributed power supply,and strengthens the active support capability of distributed power supply.Completed distributed PV model and data access for more than 7,000 households.Using topology analysis,visualization technology and artificial intelligence algorithms to achieve panoramic monitoring and high-precision prediction of distributed PV,achieving the goal of"observable and measurable"distributed Photovoltaic.
