中医护理联合心理干预在早期先兆流产患者中的应用效果

Clinical study of Chinese medicine nursing combined with phycology intervention for early threatened abortion

目的探讨中医护理联合心理干预在早期先兆流产患者中的应用效果。方法采用系统抽样法选取本院妇科2021年12月—2022年6月收治的60例早期先兆流产患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组进行常规护理干预,试验组在对照组的基础上给予中医护理联合心理干预。比较两组患者干预后的临床疗效、激素水平、心理状态、生活质量。结果干预后,试验组各项临床症状改善时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG)、雌二醇(E 2)、孕酮(P)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组生活质量量表(Quality of Life Scale,QOL)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合心理干预可显著改善患者的临床症状,提升患者孕激素水平,缓解患者的负性心理,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore Chinese medicine nursing combined with phycology intervention for early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 60 early threatened abortion patients in our hospital from December 2021 to May 2022 were enrolled into the study by systematic sampling and randomly divided into experiment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional nursing while experiment group was treated with Chinese medicine nursing combined with phycology intervention.After nursing,the clinical symptom,hormone level,phycology condition and life quality were recorded and compared.Results After intervention the clinical symptom improvement time in in experiment group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);the Chinese medical symptom score was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The levels of test group serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),β-The levels of HCG,estradiol(E 2),and progesterone(P)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the Quality of Life Score(QOL)in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For early threatened abortion patients,Chinese medicine nursing combined with phycology intervention can effectively relief clinical symptoms,increase the level of progesterone,improve negative psychology and enhance the life quality.
