运用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建口腔种植体植入术护理质量评价指标体系

The nursing quality evaluation index system of dental implant implantation constructed by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process

目的构建口腔种植体植入术护理质量评价指标体系,为口腔种植体植入术护理质量的评价与考核提供依据。方法参考相关标准,结合珠海市口腔医院种植体植入术的护理实践,通过文献研究、专家咨询的方法构建初步指标体系,采用德尔菲法进行指标筛选,应用层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.885、0.938。肯德尔和谐系数经检验均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终确定口腔种植体植入术护理质量评价指标体系包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标、39个三级指标。一级指标护理人员管理权重系数为0.049,术前护理准备权重系数为0.708,术中护理权重系数为0.150,术后延续护理权重系数为0.093。结论本研究构建的口腔种植体植入术护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的可靠性和科学性,为口腔种植体植入术护理质量的评价与考核提供了评估工具。

Objective The objective of this study is to establish an evaluation index system for the nursing quality of dental implant implantation,providing a basis for the assessment and evaluation of nursing quality in dental implant surgery.Methods With reference to relevant standards and combining the nursing practices of implant implantation at Zhuhai Dental Hospital,a preliminary index system was constructed through literature research and expert consultation.The Delphi method was used for index screening,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to calculate the weights of indicators at various levels.Results The response rate for two rounds of expert questionnaires was 100%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.885 and 0.938,respectively.The Kendall′s coefficient of concordance was statistically significant(P<0.05).The finalized evaluation index system for nursing quality in oral implant implantation comprised 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 39 third-level indicators.The weighting coefficients for the first-level indicators were 0.049 for nursing personnel management,0.708 for preoperative nursing preparation,0.150 for intraoperative nursing care,and 0.093 for postoperative continuity of care.Conclusion The evaluation index system for nursing quality in dental implant implantation developed in this study demonstrates high reliability and scientific validity,providing an assessment tool for evaluating and examining the nursing quality of dental implant implantation.
