依托名师工作室促进科学教师专业成长的实践研究

摘要 以促进小学科学教师的成长速度为目的,名师工作室设置了具体的思想引领:专业引领、同伴互助、互动研讨、一起提升,以“培养小学生的科学素养,为他们的继续学习和终身发展打基础”为方针,将课堂教学视为主战场,以教育科研为趋向,借多媒体平台为交流载体,结合教学实际,通过目标带动、项目驱动、反思增效促进科学教师的专业成长,更好地服务于教育教学工作。
