摘要
针对非洲猪瘟病毒给生猪养殖产业带来的灾难性后果,以及生猪养殖过程中无法实时获取和管理生猪/猪群健康状况等问题,构建了基于卷积神经网络的生猪健康大数据指数决策模型IDMBDH-CNN,利用该模型设计了基于无线传感网的生猪健康大数据监测与可视化评估系统。该系统通过多传感器融合技术实现了对生猪的心率、体温以及猪舍环境温度、烟雾浓度、光照强度的监测,同时在云端对生猪健康数据进行存储,并采用大数据分析技术对生猪健康大数据进行评估与预警。生猪养殖户可以更科学地对生猪的健康状态进行实时可视化监测和管理。
To tackle the disastrous consequences of African classical swine fever virus on pig breeding industry,as well as the impossibility of the real-time aquisition of the management of pig health status.In this paper,a pig health big data index decision model IDMBDH-CNN based on convolutional neural network is constructed,and a pig health big data monitoring and visual evaluation system based on wireless sensor network is designed by using this model.The system realizes the monitoring of pig’s heart rate,body temperature,ambient temperature,smoke concentration,light intensity and so on through multi-sensor fusion technology.At the same time,it stores pig health data in the cloud,and uses big data analysis technology to evaluate and warn pig health big data.Pig farmers can visually monitor and manage the health of pigs in real time more scientifically.
