摘要
为全力实现道路交通安全“减量控大”事故预防目标,本文通过对近年来交通死亡事故的相关数据进行分类梳理,采取层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCE)对不同数据维度进行指标量化分析,对重点驾驶人进行画像查找,靶向定位,为有效预防重大交通事故进行了探索和研究。
In order to fully achieve the goal of"reducing the number of road traffic accidents and curbing the major ones",the paper classifies and sorts out relevant data on traffic fatalities in recent years,and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)methods to quantitatively analyze indicators of different data dimensions,conduct portrait search and targeted positioning of concerned drivers,and explore and study the effective ways of major traffic accidents prevention.
