山区高速公路交通特管区设置方法研究

摘要 为研究山区高速公路车辆通行速度规律,提高山区高速公路交通运行效率,选取雅西高速拖乌山北坡的36km交通特管区路段作为研究对象,收集断面交通信息数据,通过数学分析确定路段速度分布特性,根据分布特性确定交通特管区设置方法,以此提出交通特管区路段速度控制策略。结果表明:随着下坡距离增长,货车速度逐渐降低,货车的行驶速度受路段熟悉程度的显著影响;客货车分道行驶及限速措施能够有效地降低速度的离散性;货车的平均速度及运行速度均会随着路段限速值的提高相应地提高。基于此提出了交通特管区设置方法。 In order to study the speed pattern of vehicles on the expressways in mountainous areas and improve the traffic efficiency in those areas,a 36km long road section of special traffic management area of TuoWu mountain north slope of Yaxi expressway is selected as the research object.The section traffic information data are collected to determine the speed distribution characteristics of the road section through mathematical analysis,and then determine the setting methods of the special traffic management area according to the distribution characteristics,thus proposes the speed control strategy for the special traffic management area.The research results show that the truck speed gradually decreases with the increase of downhill distance;The driving speed of freight vehicles is significantly affected by the familiarity of the driver with the road section;the lane separation and speed limit measures for passenger and freight vehicles can effectively reduce the dispersion of speed;the average speed and the operating speed of freight vehicles will increase correspondingly with the increase of the speed limit value of the road section,Based on this,the speed setting method for the special traffic management area is proposed.
