Analysis on Dang Zhongqin’s Experience in Treating Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

党中勤教授认为,痰湿内生、浊瘀内阻,脾失健运、肝失疏泄为非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的核心病机,临证辨治NAFLD常化湿祛痰、降浊活血并用,疏肝健脾并举。党教授诊治NAFLD以辨证为主、辨病为辅,自拟肝脂康方,随证加减,疗效显著。本文从理法方药4个层次对党教授诊治NAFLD的临证经验进行分析和总结,并附典型案例一则,以飨同道。

Professor Dang Zhongqin believes that the core pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is endogenous phlegm and dampness,turbid toxin and blood stasis,spleen and liver dysfunction,and the key to clinical treatment lies in the combination of removing dampness and phlegm,lowering turbidity and promoting blood circulation,and soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen.Professor Dang treats NAFLD mainly based on syndrome differentiation,supplemented with disease differentiation,and creates self-made Ganzhikang Prescription,which is modified with syndromes,with significant efficacy.This article analyzed and summarized Professor Dang’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD from four levels of theory,method,prescription and medicine,and attached a typical medical case to discuss with colleagues.
