摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种自身免疫性疾病,易发生于育龄期女性。SLE特征性的免疫调节功能紊乱可为母胎带来风险,因此SLE女性的妊娠被视为高危妊娠。妊娠过程中复杂而精密的免疫调节是保护胚胎免受母体免疫细胞攻击的保障。辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)在妊娠及SLE中均具有重要作用,可通过分泌细胞因子以及与其他免疫细胞相互作用参与免疫系统的调控,影响妊娠结局和SLE发生发展。因此,未来深入研究Th细胞在妊娠合并SLE中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease that tends to occur in women of childbearing age.Because the characteristic immunomodulatory disorders of SLE can pose a risk for the mothers and fetuses,pregnancy in women with SLE is considered high-risk.The course of pregnancy requires complex and sophisticated immune regulation and serves as a safeguard to protect the embryo from maternal immune cells.Helper T cell(Th cell)play an important role in pregnancy and SLE,and can participate in the regulation of the immune system through the secretion of cytokines and the interaction with other immune cells,affecting the pregnancy outcome and the development of SLE.Therefore,future in-depth studies of the mechanism of Th cell in pregnancy complicated with SLE can provide new ideas for the treatment of the disease.
