肿瘤细胞代谢特征的研究进展

摘要 代谢重编程是影响肿瘤发生发展的关键环节。肿瘤驱动基因的突变与代谢营养物的获取共同控制着肿瘤代谢流的改变。肿瘤细胞可利用细胞内的合成代谢途径从头合成所需的关键分子,代谢产物异常积累有利于肿瘤的发生发展。肿瘤微环境(TME)中存在不同类型细胞,肿瘤细胞必须与其他细胞竞争获取营养物,以维持肿瘤细胞增殖。TME中除肿瘤细胞外,其他类型细胞的代谢也可以调节肿瘤的进展。肿瘤代谢的关键酶、信号通路的关键分子和代谢关键产物均为肿瘤代谢靶向治疗策略的研究热点。 Metabolic reprogramming is a key link in the tumorigenesis and progression.Mutations in tumor-driven genes and the acquisition of metabolic nutrients jointly control the changes in tumor metabolic flux.Tumor cells can utilize intracellular anabolism pathways to de novo synthesize the necessary key molecules,and the abnormal accumulation of metabolites will be beneficial for the tumorigenesis.There are different types of cells in the tumor microenvironment(TME),and tumor cells must compete with other cells to obtain nutrients to sustain tumor cell proliferation.In addition to tumor cells,the metabolism of other types of cells in TME can also regulate tumor progression.The key enzymes,key molecules in signaling pathways and the key metabolites in tumor metabolism,are all research hotspots in tumor metabolism-targeted treatment strategies.
