摘要
原癌基因SHC家族包含ShcA、ShcB、ShcC和ShcD 4个成员,共编码7种衔接蛋白。SHC家族各成员主要参与酪氨酸激酶信号转导通路、Ras-促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶等生长因子信号通路,与氧化应激及多种生理功能的调控密切相关。SHC分布广泛,在肿瘤中高表达,参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭,可作为预测肿瘤患者预后及生存期的指标。因此,深入研究SHC蛋白家族成员与肿瘤的相关性,可以为肿瘤的早期诊断和免疫治疗提供新靶点。
The proto-oncogene Src homolog and collagen homolog(SHC)family contains ShcA,ShcB,ShcC and ShcD,which encode 7 adaptor proteins.Members of SHC family are mainly involved in growth factor pathways,including the tyrosine kinase signaling pathway,the Ras-mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway,the phosphatidylinositide-3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway,closely related to the regulation of oxidative stress and various physiological functions.SHC is widely distributed and highly expressed in tumors,participating in tumor proliferation,migration,and invasion,and can be used as a predictor of tumor prognosis and survival.Therefore,in-depth research on the correlation between SHC protein family members and tumors can provide new targets for the early diagnosis and immunotherapy of tumors.
