淋巴内皮细胞代谢调控淋巴管生成的研究进展

摘要 淋巴系统对于维持体内水液平衡、吸收脂质及维生素、免疫监视至关重要。淋巴内皮细胞(LEC)是淋巴管的主要组成部分,LEC异常可直接导致淋巴管结构功能异常,甚至引发多种疾病。LEC代谢是淋巴管发育和稳态维持的关键调控因素,在生理性淋巴管发育和病理性新生淋巴管生成中发挥重要作用,糖酵解、磷酸戊糖途径、脂肪酸氧化、氧化磷酸化、谷氨酰胺代谢相互联系、相互影响,共同参与调控LEC微环境稳态和淋巴系统平衡。未来LEC的代谢状况将是研究新生淋巴管的新切入点。 The lymphatic system is essential for the maintenance of fluid and water balance,absorption of lipids and vitamins,and immune surveillance.Lymphatic endothelial cell(LEC)is the main component of lymphatic vessels,so abnormal LEC can directly lead to abnormal structure and function of lymphatic vessels and even cause a variety of diseases.LEC metabolism is a key regulatory factor in lymphatic vessel development and homeostasis maintenance,and plays an important role in physiological lymphatic vessel development and pathological neolymphangiogenesis.Glycolysis,pentose phosphate pathway,fatty acid oxidation,oxidative phosphorylation,glutamine metabolism relate to and influence each other,and jointly participate in regulating the homeostasis of LEC microenvironment and the balance of lymphatic system.In the future,the metabolic status of LEC is a novel entry point for the study of lymphangiogenesis.
