肥胖症作为一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病已经成为全球性的公共卫生问题。近年来,利用生物电阻抗技术进行的人体成分分析发展迅速,在临床中得到了较多应用,通过其测得的水分含量、蛋白质含量、无机盐含量、内脏脂肪面积、基础代谢率、细胞外水分比率、肌肉量、身体细胞量及相位角等相关指标能够多方位、全面、综合评估肥胖患者的全身基本情况,主要包括肥胖程度、水液代谢情况、营养状况、细胞健康情况等。因此,人体成分相关指标在肥胖患者的评估以及个体化治疗方案的制订中扮演重要角色,未来对其进行深入探索具有较大的临床研究和应用价值。

Obesity,as a common chronic metabolic disease,has become a global public health problem.In recent years,the use of bioelectrical impedance technology for body composition analysis has developed rapidly,and has been widely used in clinical applications.By measuring relevant indicators such as water content,protein content,inorganic salt content,visceral fat area,basal metabolic rate,extracellular water ratio,muscle mass,body cell mass,and phase angle,it is possible to multi-directionally and comprehensively evaluate the overall basic condition of obese patients,including obesity degree,water metabolism,nutritional status,and cellular health.Therefore,body composition related indicators play an important role in the evaluation of obesity patients and the formulation of individualized treatment plans,and further exploration of them will have greater clinical research and application value in the future.
