中药黄酮类成分降糖作用的研究进展

糖尿病已经成为严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病。胰岛素抵抗、α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶活性增加、胰岛β细胞受损、糖脂代谢紊乱、炎症及氧化应激反应增加、肠道菌群失调均是糖尿病发生发展中不可忽视的关键因素,但现有治疗方法均不可避免地存在一定的副作用,因此需要寻找新的有效且更安全的降糖药物。传统中药可以针对糖尿病相关阶段涉及的不同靶点发挥作用,其中黄酮类中药单体成分具备显著的降糖活性,已广泛用于糖尿病及相关并发症的治疗。

Diabetes mellitus has become a serious threat to human life and health.Insulin resistance,increasedα-glucosidase andα-amylase activity,pancreatic isletsβcell damage,disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,increased inflammation and oxidative stress reaction,and imbalance of intestinal flora are all key factors that cannot be ignored in the occurrence and development of diabetes.However,existing treatment methods inevitably have some side effects,so it is necessary to find new effective and safer hypoglycemic drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can play a role in targeting different targets involved in the related stages of diabetes.The TCM flavonoid monomer has significant hypoglycemic activity and has been widely used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and related complications.
