甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者实施针对性护理的效果与满意度分析

Effect and Satisfaction Analysis of Targeted Nursing for Patients with Hy⁃perthyroidism Complicated with Diabetes

目的研究甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病的患者护理措施,并对其疗效进行分析。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月青岛市胶州中心医院内分泌科收治的80例甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为准备组和特殊组,每组40例。特殊组采取有针对性的护理措施,准备组采取常规护理措施,对护理前后的空腹血糖和并发症、满意度进行对比。结果护理后,特殊组患者的空腹血糖水平低于准备组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特殊组患者的满意度为100.0%,高于准备组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特殊组高渗性昏迷、低血糖及甲状腺功能亢进危象的发生率低于准备组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者进行有针对性的护理,可以有效地控制其病情,降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective To study the nursing measures of patients with hyperthyroidism complicated and diabetes,and to analyze its curative effect.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,80 patients with hyperthyroidism and dia-betes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a preparation group and a special group,with 40 cases in each group.The special group adopts targeted nursing measures,while the preparation group adopts routine nursing measures.The fast-ing blood glucose,complications,satisfaction before and after nursing are compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose levels of the special group patients was lower than that of the preparation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the special group was 100.0%,which was higher than 82.5%in the preparation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hyper-tonic coma,hypoglycemia,and hyperthyroidism crisis in the special group was lower than that in the preparation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism can effectively control their condition and reduce the occurrence of complications.
