综合护理干预在糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎护理中的应用研究

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Tuberculous Pleurisy

目的探讨综合护理干预在糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎护理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年4月—2023年2月于山东省荣军总医院治疗的糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎患者92例作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组46例采取常规护理,观察组46例采取综合护理。比较两组患者护理前后血糖控制情况、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理干预糖尿病合并结核性胸膜炎患者,可促进患者血糖控制稳定,改进护患关系。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of diabetes mellitus complicated with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with tubercu-lous pleurisy who were treated in Shandong Provincial General Hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.46 patients in the con-trol group received routine nursing and 46 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Blood glucose control and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Be-fore nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes complicated with tuber-culous pleurisy can promote stable blood glucose control and improve nurse-patient relationship.
