延续性护理对糖尿病足高危患者的护理知识与自我管理能力的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Nursing Knowledge and Self management Ability of High Risk Diabetic Foot Patients

目的探究糖尿病足高危患者护理时采用延续性护理对护理知识与自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月期间盐城市大丰人民医院收治的糖尿病足高危患者50例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),前者应用的是常规方法,后者则是以常规为前提加用延续性护理措施。比较两组患者各项指标。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项生活质量评分、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危糖尿病足患者采取延续性护理措施,有效改善患者生活质量、血糖指标、心理状态,丰富其足部护理知识,促使患者更积极地进行自我管理,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on nursing knowledge and self-management ability of high risk diabetic foot patients.Methods 50 high-risk patients with diabetic foot admitted to Dafeng People's Hospi⁃tal of Yancheng City from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into con⁃trol group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to random number table method.The former was treated with conventional methods,while the latter was treated with continuous nursing measures based on routine.Compared the two groups of indicators.Results The fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management abilities scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing measures were taken for high-risk diabetes foot patients to effectively improve their quality of life,blood sugar indicators,and psychological status,enrich their knowledge of foot care,pro⁃mote patients to more actively self-management,and improve their satisfaction.
