知信行健康教育模式对糖尿病肾病患者透析低血糖及自护能力的影响

Effect of Knowledge,Belief and Practice Health Education Model on Dialy⁃sis Hypoglycemia and Self-care Ability of Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的探讨知信行健康教育模式对糖尿病肾病患者透析低血糖及自护能力的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年3月扬州市第二人民医院收治的120例糖尿病肾病透析患者作为研究对象。根据抽签法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受知信行健康教育模式。对比两组患者干预效果。结果干预后,观察组自护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.963,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组屈服维度、回避维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.163、3.985,P<0.05);观察组面对维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.601,P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生情况为0,低于对照组(8.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.220,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者透析治疗过程中接受知信行健康教育模式,患者自护能力明显提升,能够积极应对疾病治疗,低血糖发生风险得以有效降低。

Objective To explore the effect of knowledge,belief and practice health education model on dialysis hypo-glycemia and self-care ability of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods 120 dialysis patients with diabetic nephropa-thy admitted to Yangzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study sub-jects.According to the lottery method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group,the control group received conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group received knowledge,belief and practice health education model on the basis of the control group.Compared the effect of inter-vention in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the self-care ability scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.963,P<0.05).After the in-tervention,the scores of yielding dimension and avoidance dimension of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.163,3.985,P<0.05).Facing dimension scores was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=4.601,P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 0,lower than that in the control group by(8.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.220,P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care ability of patients with diabetic nephropathy was significantly improved by accepting the knowledge,belief and practice health education model in the course of dialysis treatment,and the risk of hypoglycemia was effectively reduced.
