眼底激光治疗联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性及影响

Efficacy and Influence of Fundus Laser Therapy Combined with Calcium Isobenesulfonate Capsule on Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探究眼底激光治疗联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性及影响情况。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月咸宁市第一人民医院眼耳鼻喉科收治的60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,参考双盲法原则分为两组,每组30例;纳入对照组的30例采取眼底激光治疗,纳入观察组的30例在对照组基础上应用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组视标总个数测量值均明显上升,且观察组视标总个数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组视网膜出血缓解时间、渗出缓解时间、水肿吸收时间均明显呈更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,黄斑部视网膜厚度均呈明显下降情形,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,生活质量评分均呈明显上升情形,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者采取眼底激光治疗联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,能够有效改善糖代谢水平及视力,并降低黄斑部视网膜厚度,促进患者病情康复,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness and influence of fundus laser therapy combined with calcium iso-benesulfonate capsule on diabetic retinopathy.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with dia-betic retinopathy in the department of eye,ear,nose and throat of Xianning First People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,according to the principle of double-blind method,the patients were divided into two groups,thirty cases in each group.30 cases included in the control group were treated with fundus laser,and 30 cases in-cluded in the observation group were treated with calcium isobenesulfonate capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total number of visual markers in-creased significantly in both groups,and the total number of visual markers in the observation group was higher than those of in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the remission time of retinal hemorrhage,exudation remission time and edema absorption time were shorter in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,macular retinal thickness decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than that of in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the observation group was higher than those of in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fun-dus laser therapy combined with calcium isobenesulfonate capsule in diabetic retinopathy patients can effectively im-prove glucose metabolism and visual acuity,and reduce the thickness of macular retina,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve their quality of life.
