通宣理肺丸联合酮替芬治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Tongxuan Lifei Pill Combined with Ketotifen on Bron⁃chial Asthma

目的探究通宣理肺丸联合酮替芬治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法随机选取2022年7月—2023年7月解放军总医院收治的100例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,基于研究需求随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组实施酮替芬单药治疗,观察组实施通宣理肺丸联合酮替芬治疗,比较两组患者中医证候积分、肺功能、治疗效果。结果观察组中医证候积分、肺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.765,P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘应用药物联合疗法,充分发挥酮替芬、通宣理肺丸作用,可改善中医证候、肺功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongxuan Lifei Pill combined with ketotifen on bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to PLA General Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observa⁃tion group with 50 patients in each group based on the research requirements.The control group was given ketotifen monotherapy and the observation group was given Tongxuan Lifei Pill combined with ketotifen therapy.The TCM syn⁃drome score,lung function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results TCM syndrome scores and lung function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.765,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drug combination therapy for bronchial asthma,giving full play to the effects of ketotifen and Tongxuan⁃lifei pills,which can improve the syndrome and lung function of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the therapeutic effect.
