妊娠期缺铁性贫血采取琥珀酸亚铁治疗后对其妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Ferrous Succinate Treatment on Pregnancy Outcome in Iron Deficiency Anemia in Pregnancy

目的妊娠期缺铁性贫血对分娩有较大影响,本文探究琥珀酸亚铁治疗的应用优势。方法方便选取2020年1月—2022年11月太仓市第一人民医院收治的120例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,由抽签分为对比组和研究组,每组60例,对比组采取基础方案(硫酸亚铁),研究组在基础方案上增添琥珀酸亚铁,对比两组患者临床数据、疗效、不良反应、不良妊娠结局差异。结果研究组的不良妊娠结局率(1.67%)低于对比组(11.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05);研究组的疗效低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组红细胞、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁的应用优势较为明显,增添应用后,可明显改善血常规数据和提高铁代谢水平,也可有效提高贫血治疗效果,可改善产妇、胎儿状态,减少不良妊娠风险和不良妊娠结局,且增添药物后,无用不良反应增加,这表明该项药物具有较高的应用安全性。

Objective Iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy has a greater impact on labor and delivery,this paper ex⁃plores the advantages of the application of ferrous succinate treatment.Methods A total of 120 patients with iron defi⁃ciency anemia during pregnancy admitted to Taicang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were commodiously selected as study subjects and divided into comparison group and study group by lottery,with 60 cases in each group.The comparison group took the basic regimen(ferrous sulfate),and the study group added ferrous succinate to the basic regimen.The differences in terms of clinical data,therapeutic efficacy,adverse reactions,and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the study group(1.67%)was lower than that in the comparison group(11.67%),and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The efficacy of the study group was lower than that of comparison group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be⁃tween the two groups(P>0.05).The saturation of Red blood cells,hemoglobin,serum ferritin and transferrin saturation in the study group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The advantages of the application of ferrous succinate are more obvious,after adding the appli⁃cation,it can significantly improve the blood routine data and improve the iron metabolism level,but also can effec⁃tively improve the effect of anemia treatment,can improve the maternal and fetal status,and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and after adding the drug,there is no increase in the use of adverse ef⁃fects,which indicates that the drug has a high degree of safety in the application of the drug.
