早期保温护理在儿童血液净化过程中预防低体温的效果分析

Effect of Early Thermal Insulation Nursing on Preventing Hypothermia during Blood Purification in Children

目的观察儿童血液净化过程中,为了预防低体温,应用早期保温护理的实际效果。方法方便选取2020年11月—2022年11月在无锡市儿童医院进行血液净化的患儿88例为研究对象,经随机数表法分为两组,分别给予常规保温护理(44例,对照组)和早期保温护理(44例,研究组),比较两组各项指标。结果研究组的低体温发生率、寒战发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1、2、4、8 h,研究组的体温分别为(36.67±0.38)、(36.94±0.32)、(36.94±0.21)、(36.87±0.64)℃高于对照组的(36.10±0.23)、(36.13±0.33)、(36.21±0.22)、(36.31±0.63)℃,差异有统计学意义(t=8.512、11.688、15.921、4.136,P<0.05)。研究组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期保温护理在儿童血液净化过程中能有效预防低体温,该方式已经得到家属认可。

Objective To observe the practical effect of early thermal preservation nursing in order to prevent hypo⁃thermia during blood purification of children.Methods A total of 88 children who underwent blood purification in Wuxi Children's Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method and given routine insulation care(44 cases,con⁃trol group)and early insulation care(44 cases,study group),respectively,and the indexes of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results The incidence of hypothermia and chills in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1,2,4,8 h after nursing,The body tempera⁃ture of the study group was(36.67±0.38),(36.94±0.32),(36.94±0.21),(36.87±0.64)℃higher than that of the control group(36.10±0.23),(36.13±0.33),(36.21±0.22),(36.31±0.63)℃,respectively,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(t=8.512,11.688,15.921,4.136,P<0.05).The sleep quality of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early thermal insulation nursing can effec⁃tively prevent hypothermia in the process of children's blood purification,and this method has been recognized by families.
