行为矫正结合亲情护理对精神分裂症患者遵医行为、自我效能感及高风险行为的影响

The Effects of Behavior Modification Combined with Affectionate Nursing Care on Compliance with Medical Behavior,Self-efficacy,and High-risk Behavior of Schizophrenic Patients

目的分析行为矫正结合亲情护理对精神分裂症患者遵医行为、自我效能感及高风险行为的影响。方法随机选取2022年5月—2023年6月佛山市南海区公共卫生医院收治的60例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机摸球法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理方式,研究组采用行为矫正结合亲情护理方式,比较对照组和研究组患者在护理前后的遵医行为、自我效能感及生存质量测定量表评分,并对各组在护理期间的高风险行为发生情况进行详细记录。结果护理前,两组患者的遵医行为各项评分及自我效能感量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者的遵医行为(服药、运动、饮食以及复查)评分及自我效能感量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的各方面评分均有所提高,研究组患者的心理、环境、社会关系3个方面得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组高风险行为发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为矫正治疗结合亲情护理对精神分裂症患者的遵医行为、自我效能感增及高风险行为的发生都有所改善。

Objective To analyze the effects of behavioral modification combined with affectionate care on compliance with medical behavior,self-efficacy,and high-risk behaviors of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Nanhai District Public Health Hospital of Foshan City from May 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to ran⁃dom ball-touching method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with behavior modification combined with family nursing.The compliance behavior,selfefficacy and quality of life scale scores of patients in the control group and the study group were compared before and after nursing,and the occurrence of high-risk behaviors in each group during nursing were recorded in detail.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of compliance behavior and self-efficacy scale be⁃tween the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance behavior(taking medication,exercise,diet and review)and self-efficacy scale of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in all aspects of the two groups were improved,and the scores in psychological,environmental and social relations of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of high-risk behaviors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Behavioral modification treatment combined with affectionate care has improved the compliance with medical be⁃havior,self-efficacy and the occurrence of high-risk behaviors in schizophrenia patients.
