临床护理路径在风疹患者护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Care of Rubella Patients

目的研究对风疹患者,采取临床护理路径进行护理后的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月东北林业大学医院诊治的78例风疹患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法进行分组,各39例。对照组给予常规临床护理,观察组组使用临床护理路径。对比两组生活质量、护理满意度指标。结果观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.44%高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.341,P=0.007)。结论对风疹患者,采取临床护理路径护理,对患者生活质量有显著影响,可为患者提供满意的服务。

Objective To study the clinical value of rubella patients after adopting clinical nursing pathway for nursing care.Methods A total of 78 patients with rubella diagosed and treated by Northeast Forestry University Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects.By random numer table method,all patients were divided into two groups with 39 cases each.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group used clinical nursing path.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%,that was higher than the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.341,P=0.007).Conclu⁃sion For patients with rubella,the adoption of clinical nursing pathway care has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients,which can provide patients with satisfactory services.
