综合性运动处方联合微视频健康教育在COPD急性加重期患者肺康复中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Exercise Prescription Combined with Micro-video Health Education in Pulmonary Rehabilitation of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of COPD

目的探讨综合性运动处方联合微视频健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseas,COPD)急性加重期患者肺康复中的临床结果。方法随机选取2021年3月—2022年11月永安市立医院收治的60例COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法进行分组。对照组(30例)使用传统常规护理,观察组(30例)在此基础上采用综合性运动处方联合微视频健康教育。对比两组患者肺功能、运动功能、呼吸困难程度、生活质量。结果分析肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量和呼气最大流速、6 min步行距离数据显示,观察组患者要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比呼吸困难量表评分、COPD评估试验结量表评分,干预后均比干预前降低,观察组患者要明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性运动处方联合微视频健康教育可改善COPD急性加重期患者肺功能,提升运动耐力和生活质量,有利于患者预后康复。

Objective To explore the clinical results of comprehensive exercise prescription combined with microvideo health education in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmo⁃nary diseases(COPD).Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to Yongan Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the research object,and were divided into groups ac⁃cording to the random number table method.Patients using traditional routine care were categorized as the control group(30 cases),and the observation group(30 cases)used comprehensive exercise prescription combined with micro-video health education on this basis.Comparison of lung function,exercise function,dyspnea degree and qual⁃ity of life of patients in the two groups.Results Analyzing the data of spirometry,first second forceful expiration and expiratory maximal flow rate,and 6-minute walk test distance showed that the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was obvious,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study of Modified Medical Research Counal Scale score and COPD Assessment Tess Scale score showed that the data of the patients were lower than before the intervention,the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was obvious,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive exercise prescription combined with micro-video health educa⁃tion can improve the lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,enhance exercise endurance and quality of life,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients'rehabilitation.
