男性性功能障碍诊治培训的经验初探

Experience of training in diagnosis and treatment of male sexual dysfunction

目的探讨男性性功能障碍诊治培训的方式、内容及出路。方法自2017年开始,由中国性功能障碍诊治培训中心和南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院男科组织举办了性功能障碍专项技术诊治培训班,对来自全国的130名专职泌尿男科医师进行培训,以讲座、讨论、技术操作实习演示、手术观摩等形式探讨性功能障碍的诊治新技术和新方法。结果培训医师通过培训掌握规范化的性功能障碍诊治技术,并回到各自医院开展。结论规范化的培训可以提高一线泌尿男科医师性功能障碍的诊治水平,推动我国性功能障碍诊治的规范、有序发展。

Objective To explore the way,contents and outlets of training indiagnosis and treatment of male sexual dysfunction.Methods Since 2017,the Chinese Sexual Dysfunction Diagnosis and Treatment Training Center and Department of Andrology of Drum Tower Hospital,the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School have organized special technical training courses in the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction,and trained 130 full-time urologists and andrologists from China.The new techniques and methods of diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction were discussed in the form of lectures,discussions,technical practice demonstrations and surgical observations.Results The trained physicians could master the standardized diagnosis and treatment techniques of sexual dysfunction through training and return to their respective hospitals to carry out.Conclusions Standardized training can improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction of first-line urologists and andrologists,and promote the standardized and orderly development of diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction in China.
