摘要
目的探讨赋能教育联合心理干预对宫颈癌放化疗患者癌因性疲乏、自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2021年12月南通市肿瘤医院收治的70例行放化疗的宫颈癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规心理干预,观察组采用赋能教育联合心理干预,比较两组的癌因性疲乏评分、自我效能评分及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组癌因性疲乏评分及心理弹性各维度评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自我效能及生活质量各维度评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能教育联合心理干预在宫颈癌放化疗患者中的应用效果较好,可显著改善其癌因性疲乏状态及生活质量,提高自我效能及心理弹性。
Objective To investigate the effect of empowerment education combined with psychological intervention on cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients undergoing radiochemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical cancer who received radiochemotherapy in Nantong Tumor Hospital from September 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine psychological intervention,while the observation group received empowerment education combined with psychological intervention.The scores for cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results After intervention,the scores for cancer-related fatigue and various dimensions of psychological resilience in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores for self-efficacy and various dimensions of quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Empowerment education combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve cancer-related fatigue,quality of life,self-efficacy and psychological resilience of patients undergoing radiochemotherapy for cervical cancer.
