Application of New Type of Puncture Stent in the Training of New Anesthesia Nurses for Radial Artery Puncture and Catheterization

目的 探讨一种新型穿刺支架在新入职麻醉护士桡动脉穿刺置管培训中的效果。方法 选取某三级甲等医院23名新入职麻醉护士作为研究对象,根据入职年度分为对照组及干预组。对照组接受理论培训结合技能练习的常规培训方案,干预组在常规培训方案的基础上结合新型桡动脉穿刺支架辅助。对比评价两组护士的操作考核得分,护士对培训质量评价及满意度得分情况。结果 两组护士第一阶段培训后成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两阶段操作培训结束后,干预组操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组护士对培训质量评价得分及满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 新型穿刺支架在新入职麻醉护士桡动脉穿刺置管培训中的应用可以提高护士的考核得分及满意度,效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of new type of puncture stent in the training of radial artery puncture catheterization for new anesthesia nurses.Methods A total of 23 new anesthesia nurses in a tertiary hospital were selected as the research objects.According to entry year,they were divided into control group and intervention group.The control group received the conventional training program of theoretical training combined with skill practice,and the intervention group combined the conventional training program with the assistance of a new radial artery puncture stent.The operation assessment scores,nurses’evaluation of training quality and satisfaction scores were compared and evaluated between the two groups of nurses.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups after the first training(P>0.05).After the two-stage operation training,the performance of operation examination in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation scores and satisfaction scores of nurses in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a new puncture stent in radial artery puncture placement training can improve new nurse anesthetists’assessment scores and satisfaction level with training.
