OTD教学法在肝胆外科专科护士培训中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨临床观察-理论学习-病例讨论(OTD)教学法在肝胆外科专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法 选取河南省人民医院2021年2月至2022年2月参加肝胆外科专科护士培训的接受常规临床教学模式的20名护士作为对照组,2022年3月至2023年2月参加肝胆外科专科护士培训的接受OTD教学法的20名护士作为观察组。比较两组考试成绩、综合护理技能、批判性思维能力[中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)]、自我导向学习能力[中文版自我导向学习评定量表(SRSSDL)]、教学满意度。结果 观察组理论成绩、实践成绩、考试成绩总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组培训后学习评价、分析能力、人际关系技能、开放思想、求知欲、系统化能力、学习策略、自信心、学习意识、寻找真相、认知成熟度、学习行为评分及CTDI-CV、SRSSDL总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后观察组病情观察能力、临床实践能力、分析判断能力、沟通交流能力、主动学习能力、团队合作能力、问题解决能力评分及综合护理技能总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学方式、课堂管理能力评分及教学满意度总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 OTD教学法可提升肝胆外科专科护士批判性思维能力、自我导向学习能力、综合护理技能、考试成绩及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of observation-teaching-discussion(OTD)teaching method in the training of hepatobiliary surgery nurses.Methods There were 20 nurses from Henan Provincial People’s Hospital who participated in the training of specialized nurses in liver and gallbladder surgery from February 2021 to February 2022 and received routine clinical teaching mode were selected as the control group,and 20 nurses who participated in the training of specialized nurses in liver and gallbladder surgery from March 2022 to February 2023 and received OTD teaching method were selected as the observation group.The test scores,comprehensive nursing skills,critical thinking ability[Chinese version of critical thinking skills inventory(CTDI-CV)],self-directed learning skills[Chinese version of self-directed learning scale(SRSSDL)],and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total scores of theoretical scores,practical scores and examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The learning evaluation,analytical ability,interpersonal skills,open-mindedness,thirst for knowledge,systematic ability,learning strategy,self-confidence,learning awareness,truth finding,cognitive maturity,learning behavior scores and total scores of CTDI-CV and SRSSDL of the observation group after training were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ratings of disease observation ability,clinical practice ability,analysis and judgment ability,communication skills,active learning ability,teamwork ability,problem-solving ability and total score of comprehensive nursing skills were higher in the observation group than in the control group after training(P<0.05).The ratings of teaching style,classroom management ability and total score of teaching satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The OTD teaching method can improve the critical thinking ability,self-directed learning ability,comprehensive nursing skills,examination results and teaching satisfaction of specialized nurses in hepatobiliary surgery.
