早期康复护理对重症呼吸衰竭患者心率及肺功能的影响

Effects of Early Nursing Intervention on Heart Rate and Pulmonary Function in Patients with Severe Respiratory Failure

目的 探究早期康复护理对重症呼吸衰竭患者心率及肺功能的影响。方法 选取2020年11月至2021年11月在河南省人民医院接受治疗的86例重症呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为参照组和试验组,各43例。参照组接受常规护理干预,试验组接受早期康复护理。对比两组患者的心率、鼻腔舒适度、肺功能、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 试验组患者护理后心率、鼻腔舒适度评分、并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理有效改善重症呼吸衰竭患者的心率与肺功能,提高鼻腔舒适度,并发症发生率低,满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation care on heart rate and lung function in patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe respiratory failure who received treatment at Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group using a lottery method,with 43 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received early rehabilitation care.The heart rate,nasal comfort,lung function,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results The heart rate,nasal comfort score,and incidence of complications of the experimental group patients after nursing were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05),while nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing effectively improves the heart rate and lung function of patients with severe respiratory failure,improves nasal comfort,reduces the incidence of complications,and has high satisfaction.
