快速康复外科理念下的集束干预在肝癌术后患者中的应用

Application of Cluster Intervention Under the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Patients with Liver Cancer After Operation

目的 探讨快速康复外科理念下的集束干预在肝癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法 依据随机数字表法将河南省人民医院2021年1月至2022年1月行腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗的86例肝癌患者分为对照组(n=43,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=43,快速康复外科理念下的集束干预),均持续干预至患者出院。比较两组术后康复进程、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后康复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组术后积液、感染、肺不张、胆瘘的总发生率低于对照组,且观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肝癌患者术后接受快速康复外科理念下的集束干预可缩短其术后康复时间,降低术后积液、感染、肺不张、胆瘘等并发症发生率,同时能够提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of cluster intervention under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with liver cancer after operation.Methods According to the random number table method,86 liver cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic liver cancer resection at Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into a control group(n=43,routine nursing intervention)and an observation group(n=43,cluster intervention under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery),both of which continued to intervene until the patients were discharged.The postoperative rehabilitation process,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total incidence of postoperative fluid accumulation,infection,atelectasis,and biliary fistula in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster intervention under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can shorten the postoperative recovery time of liver cancer patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as fluid accumulation,infection,atelectasis,and biliary fistula,and improve patient nursing satisfaction.
