筋针疗法对颞下颌关节紊乱患者软组织张力、颞下颌运动情况的影响

The Influence of Tendon Acupuncture Therapy on Soft Tissue Tension and Temporomandibular Joint Movement in Patients with Temporomandibular Joint

目的:观察筋针疗法对颞下颌关节紊乱患者软组织张力、颞下颌运动情况的影响。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年6月期间本院医治颞下颌关节紊乱患者66例作为此次研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,每组各33例。常规组给予普通针刺联合热敷治疗,试验组给予筋针联合热敷治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后软组织张力、颞下颌运动情况、颞下颌关节紊乱指数、炎性细胞因子水平、OHIP-14量表评分及临床疗效。结果:常规组有效率为69.70%,试验组有效率为90.91%,试验组有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后软组织张力、颞下颌运动情况优于治疗前,且试验组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后颞下颌关节紊乱指数低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后炎性细胞因子水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后OHIP-14量表评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:筋针热敷治疗颞下颌关节紊乱能改善患者软组织张力、颞下颌运动情况,降低炎性细胞因子水平。

Objective:To observe the influence of tendon acupuncture therapy on soft tissue tension and temporomandibular joint(TMJ)movement in patients with temporomandibular joint(TMJ).Methods:A total of 66 patients with TMJ treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,with 33 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The conventional group was given ordinary acupuncture combined with hot compress treatment,while the experimental group was given tendon acupuncture combined with hot compress treatment.The soft tissue tension,TMJ movement,TMJ disorder index,inflammatory cytokine levels,OHIP-14 scale scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the conventional group was 69.70%,and that of the ex-perimental group was 90.91%which was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<O0.05).After treatment,the soft tissue tension and TMJ movement of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the ex-perimental group's above indexes were better than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The TMJ disorder index of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group's was lower than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The levels of inflammatory cytokines of the two groups were low-er than those before treatment,and the experimental group's levels were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically sig-nificant differences(P<0.05);The OHIP-14 scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimen-tal group's scores were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ten-don acupuncture combined with hot compress therapy in the treatment of TMJ disorders can improve the soft tissue tension and TMJ movement of patients,and reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines.
