基于Apriori算法的小儿推拿治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床处方配伍规律分析

Apriori Algorithm-Based Analysis of Clinical Prescription Dispensing Pattern of Pediatric Tuina for Pediatric Rotavirus Enteritis

目的:挖掘文献数据分析小儿推拿治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床处方配伍规律。方法:检索中国知网、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库收录的小儿推拿治疗儿童轮状病毒的随机对照试验研究文献,采用Microsoft Excel 2016建立数据库,对不同证型的选穴和操作进行统计分析,并运用Apriori算法对选穴、操作进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入推拿选穴26个,总频次99次;手法36个,总频次174次。累计应用频次较高的腧穴为腹、七节骨、大肠经、脊柱、龟尾、脾经等;在高频操作手法的统计中,湿热证和寒湿证高频操作手法均为清大肠经、揉龟尾、捏脊、推上七节骨、清小肠经、退六腑、摩腹。通过关联规则分析发现,湿热证有效关联规则为“退六腑→清大肠经”;寒湿证有效关联规则主要围绕“推上三关-推上七节骨-捏脊”这一核心组合。结论:运用数据挖掘探小儿推拿治疗儿童轮状病毒肠炎的临床处方配伍规律是可行的,可为临床治疗提供相应的参考依据。

Objective To analyze the clinical prescription compatibility of pediatric massage in the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis by literature data mining.Methods Randomized controlled trials on pediatric rotavirus treated by pediatric massage were retrievedfrom CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database,and CBM disc.Microsoft Excel 2016 was used to establish the database.According to different clinical TCM syndrome types,the frequency statistics of acupoint selection and manipulation combination of massage were conducted.The Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the association rules of acupoint selection and manipulation.Results A total of 26 massage points were included,with a total frequency of 99 times,and 36 manipulation techniques,with a total frequency of 174 times.Among them,the acupoints with high cumulative frequency were abdomen,the 7 th bone,large intestine meridian,ridges,Guiwei,spleen meridian,etc.In the statistics of high frequency operation techniques,the high frequency operation techniques of dampness-heat syndrome and cold-dampness syndrome are clearing the large intestine meridian,kneading the Guwei meridian,chiropractic,pushing the 7 th bones,clearingthe small intestine meridian.removing the six fu organs,rubbing the abdomen.Through the analysis of association rules,it was found that the effective association rules of dampness-heat syndrome were“removing the six Fu organs→clearing the large intestine meridian”.The effective association rules of cold-dampness syndrome mainly revolve around the core combination of“pushing three passes-pushing seven bones-chiropractic”.Conclusion It is feasible to explore the clinical prescription compatibility rules of pediatric massage in the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis by data mining,and this study can provide the corresponding reference for clinical treatment.
